As a Legal Tech Solutions Associate at Court Easy AI, you'll play a key role in developing our innovative legal technology products and building relationships with our clients. In this position, you'll leverage your unique combination of legal knowledge and product experience to bridge the gap between technology and legal practitioners, ensuring our solutions effectively address real-world challenges faced by lawyers and law firms.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the development and improvement of Court Easy AI's legal-tech products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of lawyers and law firms
- Engage directly with legal customers to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and help translate their requirements into product enhancements
- Act as a liaison between our technical teams and legal users, effectively communicating technical concepts to legal professionals and legal requirements to developers
- Assist with customer success initiatives, including training, onboarding, and implementing best practices to maximize value for our legal clients
- Help identify market opportunities and contribute insights to the product roadmap based on customer feedback and industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement feature development and ensure timely delivery of solutions
Job Requirements
- Law degree from a recognized institution with legal practice experience
- Experience in product management or product-related roles within the legal-tech sector
- Entrepreneurial experience or involvement with a legal-tech startup
- Understanding of legal workflows and the day-to-day challenges faced by lawyers and law firms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with legal professionals
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand software development concepts and communicate effectively with engineering teams
